CANCELLATION RESCHEDULE POLICY
STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your reservation without giving us a 24hr notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and guests on our waitlist miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget a reservation that you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation/rescheduling fee will apply.
Any reservation that is cancelled or rescheduled less then 24 hours prior to the reservation, Client will be charged 50% of the service. Any reservation that is no-showed will be charged 100% of the service.

REFUND POLICY
Please understand that all service sales are final. If you would like an exchange on any retail product you may do so within 3 days of your purchase. The product must be unopened and unused to receive an exchange or refund.
CHILD POLICY
To ensure a relaxing and quiet environment, and sure provide comfort for all of our clients any children under the age of 12 (unless scheduled for a service accompanied by a parent/guardian) will not permitted in the facility.
Please understand that our concern is for the safety of your child, for other guests, and for our staff. We have the upmost respect for our parent clients and some of our staff are parents themselves, so we know that this may be an inconvenience. Thank you for understanding!
